Hello!

My name is Piotr, and together with my partner Adrian, we’re looking for a small and peaceful apartment just for the two of us. Ideally around 30 m², and preferably unfurnished, as we already have our own furniture. The only things we really need are the main appliances — an oven, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine.

A bit about us: we both work full-time in a restaurant here in Oslo. I’m a team leader and will soon be promoted to assistant manager. We’re calm and tidy people who value quiet evenings at home rather than parties — we rarely have guests and like to relax after work watching a movie or cooking dinner together. We both have stable monthly incomes, but we don’t have the high deposit that is often required; however, we can easily arrange a rental guarantee through one of the trusted companies.

We’re looking for a long-term rental, since we hope to stay in one place for several years — we’ve had enough of moving around! You can rest assured that we’ll take great care of your apartment; we like keeping things clean and organized.

We do have two small pets — a hamster and a small aquarium — but they’re quiet and have never caused any damage or trouble in any apartment we’ve lived in.
We’ve been living in Oslo for about a year now and are currently learning Norwegian, so for now we prefer communication in English or Polish. We’re looking to move in mid or late March, as our current lease ends then.

We’re simply looking for a private, peaceful place to call home.
