Hi!
My name is Marta, I’m 30 years old and recently moved to Oslo. I work in IT as a Technical Support Manager at a company called Urban Sharing. My office’s postcode is 0167 and ideally, I’m looking for a place within 20 minutes walking distance, but I’m open to other locations as well if it’s a good match.

I’m currently staying with my sister and actively looking for my own place. I’m ready to move in immediately or by the end of August at the latest, and I’m prepared to put down a deposit if I find something suitable.

I’m looking for a quiet flat (not too much street noise), preferably with bills included — especially electricity. If the heating isn’t electric, I’m open to options where electricity is separate. A balcony would be a big plus, and it’s important to me that there’s a bit of green space nearby, like a park or just a patch of grass for dog walks.

I’m fine with small studios, but I would prefer the sleeping area to be somewhat separated from the rest of the room — for example, in a little niche or behind a wall. It just makes the space feel a bit more peaceful and comfortable.

I have a small, calm mixed-breed dog who doesn’t shed and is used to living indoors. He mostly sleeps at home and I either work from home or take him with me to the office, so he’s rarely left alone.

My budget is up to 19,000 NOK per month, preferably with bills included.
