We are Simone and Stefano, two 24-year-old Italian friends currently looking for a home to rent together.
We both work full-time at Villa Paradiso in Frogner (Solli Plass) and lead a quiet, responsible lifestyle. We are respectful, clean, and tidy people who take good care of the place we live in and always respect shared spaces and our surroundings. We also care deeply about the environment and try to live as sustainably as possible.
We are non-smokers, financially stable, and reliable tenants who always pay rent on time. We are looking for a comfortable and well-maintained home where we can settle and stay long-term.
