Hello!

My name is Florencia, i'm 38 years old, together with Anka, 37 years old .. we are looking for a place to call home in Tromsø for the upcoming winter season. And summer Season ..

We have already lived and worked in Tromsø as a tour guide with Norwegian Travel, and we are returning this winter because we have work in the tourism industry again, also for summer.

We are responsible, quiet, clean, and respectful tenant. don't smoke, no drink alcohol and no do so many social meetings, with stable income, and we always take great care of the homes we live in. References from previous landlords and work contracts are available if needed.

I (Florencia) also have one indoor cat named Moana. She is calm, vaccinated, neutered, and very well cared for. She has never caused any damage to any property. I completely understand that accepting pets is an important decision, and I'm happy to provide references regarding her as well.

We are looking for a warm and welcoming home where we can stay throughout the winter season and long term ., treat it with the same care and respect as if it were our own.
Since we don't have a car, we are looking for a home in Sentrum or nearby areas of Tromsøya, ideally within walking distance of the city centre. As we often finish work around 3:00 AM, being able to walk home safely from the bus stop is very important to us.
