I’ve noticed that many landlords want to rent their home without any animals, but unfortunately I have a cat and I can say that he is very good, clean and smart cat - like a real person, so I can promise that he will never make any problems and will never destroy anything :) I work a lot, so I want a quiet space just for me. I’m looking after an apartment/hybel around 30-40 kvm. I don’t need that much space because I want as well to save money to buy my own home one day in the future, so I’m looking for something not too expensive. So maybe there will be someone who really loves their home who wants to rent it out and are looking for someone who will love and take care of it as if it was their own. I’m very tidy and clean person - that is why I love to work in the cleaning company. So I promise that your home always will be looked after very well and with a lot of love. I’m quite person, so you don’t need to worry about noises. I don’t smoke. I like to watch movies and read, go for a walk and learn new things.
I am responsible and safe payer. I can send recommendations from my last landlords about me and my cat 🙂 I try to find new places for me because of changed personal life conditions. So if you have a place that you really love and you want someone to take care of it and love it as you are - write to me 🙂
