My name is Alexandru, and I work at the Department of Geosciences at the University of Oslo. I am looking for a quiet and comfortable place to live for myself and my 15-month-old daughter, Ava, who attends the university kindergarten at Blindern Barnestue.

I relocated to Oslo in February after living in Kyoto, Japan for several years, where I worked at Kyoto University. I am currently living in Rosenhoffgata, but as the apartment is quite small, I am now looking for a home with more space and comfort.

I am a tidy, calm, and responsible tenant who values a peaceful living environment. I take good care of the homes I live in and have always had very good relationships with previous landlords. A reference from my current landlord in Norway can be provided if needed.

I am looking for a long-term rental and can move in from 1 February.
