Hello! I’m Eleni, an Australian who has been living in Paris for the past 13 years. I’m now starting a new life chapter in Norway — and couldn’t be happier! I live with my partner, Max, who was born and raised in Oslo.

We’re looking for an unfurnished long-term rental, ideally starting in January 2026. One bedroom is fine, though two would be ideal as I’d like a home office. We’re currently in a 37 m² apartment and feel quite cramped (!), so we’re hoping for something at least 50 m².

About us: I work remotely as Director of Operations for a global non-profit focused on preventing burnout in cybersecurity. Max works at a primary school (Oslo Kommune contract), supporting children with special needs/behavioural challenges.

I love cooking, so a good kitchen is essential! Our idea of a good time is a quiet evening with a homemade meal and a good film. We don’t party — we’re boring like that ;) The most we do is have friends over for dinner. As an Aussie who misses the sun, I really value natural light — or even better, a balcony for some vitamin D!

As tenants: we’re clean, quiet and respectful of our neighbours and shared spaces. We’ve stayed in many house swaps over the years and always make a point of leaving homes cleaner than we found them. We always pay rent on time and have strong references.
