My name is Nursultan, and I am a responsible long-term renter currently living in Stavanger, where I have happily lived with my family for the past 1.5 years. I work at the University of Stavanger (UiS), which gives me a stable and secure income.

I am looking for a family-friendly home in Tjensvoll, as this area fits our daily life very well. Our children already attend school and kindergarten in Tjensvoll, so finding a home nearby is very important to us. We are looking for a minimum two-bedroom home, preferably on the ground or first floor, and parking would be a big plus. A rekkehus or any type of home is also fine for us, as long the place is suitable and family-friendly. We are flexible with the start of the rental period, from 1st of June up until the end of August, as our current landlord plans to move back in from 1st of September. We are family of five (Me, wife, and three kids 9, 4, 1 year old). We are comfortable with up to 20.000kr rent, monthly.

We are a respectful and responsible family, and we take very good care of the home we live in. Rent has always been paid on time, and we have had a very good relationship with our previous landlord, who can provide an excellent reference if needed. We truly treat a rented home as our own and value cleanliness, stability, and good communication.

We are looking for a place where we can feel settled and comfortable for the long term, and where our children can continue their routines in a safe and familiar neighborhood. Thank you very much for considering us — we would be happy to introduce ourselves further 😊
