we as a family of four with three adults and one little champ are flexible_: Adaptable to changes or unexpected issues, working collaboratively to find solutions.
Taking care of the property, reporting damages or issues promptly, and avoiding unnecessary wear and tear. Being mindful of noise levels, respecting shared spaces, and building positive relationships with neighbors.

We love to mingle with society and and we are peace lovers too. We dont party or have any pets and we dont smoke.
