Hi! We are a young couple looking for a new place to call home. I’m 27 years old and my girlfriend is 28, and we both come from Latvia.

We both have stable jobs — I work for a small Norwegian company in the LED sign industry, and she works in the hospitality industry. We are social, open-minded people with active lifestyles, so we are not home very often and would be quiet and respectful tenants.

We both speak fluent English. My Norwegian is conversational, and I am still learning how to write and read it properly.

We have been living in Sjetnemarka for almost two years now, and the location has suited us very well. The only reason we are moving out is because the house we currently live in will be undergoing renovation. We would also consider places closer to the city center, as my girlfriend mostly works there.

We would be ready to move in from August and are looking for a long-term rental, preferably for at least one year.
