Two best friends looking for our dream home in the Grünerløkka area. In today’s rental market, the choice was simple: live outside the city alone, or in the city under the same roof, much cozier! Do you have the apartment we’re looking for?

WHEN?
We would like to move in no later than April 1, 2026.

FOR HOW LONG?
We are only looking for long-term rental. If you are seeking a predictable and stable tenancy, you’ve come to the right profile.

HOW BIG?
We are looking for a spacious apartment with a cozy shared living area and two bedrooms (preferably similar in size, and a bonus if the bedrooms are somewhat separated). The kitchen and living room can be combined. An entryway and good storage space are a big plus.

WHAT DO WE NEED?
Giacomo is studying full-time, and I will be studying full-time after the summer holidays. Therefore, we need a calm place to retreat when we are not studying or working. We both enjoy working from home periodically, so enough space for a desk in each bedroom is important.

STANDARD?
We see our home as a safe, relaxing, and valuable place where we can recharge. That’s why it’s important for us to treat the apartment with respect and care. Mar loves interior design, so we are looking for a mostly unfurnished or partially furnished apartment, allowing us to put our personal touch on the home. We are seeking an apartment of good standard that we can take excellent care of throughout the tenancy and well into the future.

OUR MOST IMPORTANT NEEDS:
• Two bedrooms
• Spacious living room/kitchen
• Location in an urban area with shops, public transport, and cafés
• Grocery store in immediate proximity
• View from the apartment
• Good internet connection
• White goods included

ABOUT ME (GIACOMO):
I’m Giacomo, 34, originally from Italy, now happily settled in Oslo. My friends describe me as calm, warm, and considerate.
I am studying Norwegian full time and as a side freelancing business I work in coaching, business consulting, financial education, mostly from home through my own online business.
I am also learning photography which I have just recently discovered being a big passion of mine.
I love visiting cafés, writing, studying, and spending time with friends. At home, I enjoy movies, deep studies, reading many books, and a peaceful atmosphere. I don’t drink and I don't smoke and I never ever party, so I keep things quiet and respectful.
As a tenant:
Clean, tidy, and respectful of the space
Handy with small repairs and maintenance
Love caring for plants and creating a cozy environment
No parties, no noise
Can provide solid references from previous landlords here in Oslo
