Hi everyone,

I’m currently looking for a long-term rental in Oslo (not shared), but I’m also open to short-term options while I search for something more permanent. My tenancy ends on September 30th, so timing is quite flexible depending on the place.
Budget: up to 16,000 NOK/month.

Just a quick note: I’m still waiting for my Personal Number and Bank ID, which is why I don’t appear as a verified user yet. That should be sorted out very soon.

A little about me:

I’m Giacomo, 34, originally from Italy, now happily settled in Oslo. My friends describe me as calm, warm, and considerate.
I work at Bring Delivery and as a side freelancing business I work in coaching, business consulting, and financial education, mostly from home through my online business.

I love visiting cafés, writing, studying, and spending time with friends. At home, I enjoy movies, digital art, books, and a peaceful atmosphere. I don’t drink or party, so I keep things quiet and respectful.

As a tenant:

Clean, tidy, and respectful of the space
Handy with small repairs and maintenance
Love caring for plants and creating a cozy environment
No parties, no noise
Can provide solid references from previous landlords here in Oslo

My needs:

A space where I can comfortably work from home (a dining table works fine)
Urban area with good public transport and shops nearby
Grocery stores within walking distance
Quiet surroundings
