Seeking a Medium to Long-Term Rental in Oslo

I truly appreciate all your messages, and I’m so grateful for your kindness. I’d just like to kindly clarify that, as I have a partner who will often visit me to spend time together, I’m not currently open to living in shared accommodation. I am looking for a long-term rental for myself. I originally moved to Oslo from Italy in December 2023 to be closer to my partner, and we lived together in Oslo until September 2024. After spending some time back in Italy to be near my family, I intend returning to Oslo with the intention of staying long-term.

My goal is to find a dream place where I can live until at least October 2025! However, I will strongly consider any very good fit, regardless of the length of the rental agreement.

My monthly budget is a maximum of 15,000 NOK.

A bit about me:

I’m Giacomo, 34, a warm, calm, and considerate person with a big heart. I absolutely love visiting cafes, expressing myself authentically, studying, being creative, storytelling, and spending time with friends. I have a passion for reflexology, personal training, life coaching, and personal finance.

At home, I like to watch movies, study, create digital art, write, or just relax. When I’m not at home, I enjoy working out, exploring local markets, visiting cafes, and getting to know the city. I don’t drink alcohol.

I work primarily from home with Human Design and Gene Keys through my online business (Instagram: giacomo.humandesign). I’m also exploring job opportunities in Norway to integrate more into the local community.

As a tenant:

I take very good care of the place I live in and am very tidy.
I’m quite handy, with a background as a handyman.
I enjoy taking care of plants and creating a nice environment around me.
I don’t party and prefer a quiet and peaceful living space.
I can also provide several references from previous landlords in Oslo.

My needs:

Space to work from home (at least enough room for a dining table or desk)
Location in an urban area with access to shops, public transportation, and a library or cafe
Grocery store in the nearby vicinity
Quiet area
