I am looking for a long-term rental for myself. I moved here from Italy in December 2023 to be close with my partner and now want to settle down in Oslo long term. My monthly budget is max 14000 NOK.

Right now, I hope to find something short-term starting from the beginning of October, while I continue to look for the perfect long-term apartment. My goal is to find a dream place where I can live for at least a year!
Although any very good fit is strongly considered however long the rental agreement happens to be.
A bit about me:
I’m Giacomo, 33, a warm and loving person with a big heart. I absolutely love dogs! I enjoy visiting cafes, expressing myself authentically, studying, being creative, storytelling, going on adventures, and spending time with friends. I have a passion for reflexology, personal training, and life coaching.
At home, I like to watch movies, study Human Design and Gene Keys, writing, or just relax. When I’m not at home, I enjoy working out, exploring local markets, visiting cafes, and getting to know the city. I don’t eat meat and never drink alcohol.
I work primarily from home with Human Design and Gene Keys through my online business (Instagram: giacomo.humandesign). I’m also exploring job opportunities in Norway to integrate more into the local community.
As a tenant:
I like to take very good care of the place I live and am very tidy. I’m quite handy, with a background as a handyman. I enjoy taking care of plants and creating a nice environment around me. I don’t party and prefer a quiet and peaceful living space.
My needs:
Space to work from home (at least enough room for a dining table or desk)
Location in an urban area with access to shops, public transportation, and a library or cafe
Grocery store in the nearby vicinity
Quiet area
Bonus, but not necessary:
