Hello,
My name is Yuanchen, and I’m writing to express my interest in renting your house.
Please allow me to briefly introduce myself. I am a PhD candidate at the University of Bergen, currently in the second year of my four-year program. I receive a regular salary from UiB of about 30,000 NOK after tax, which ensures stable rent payments.
I speak only basic Norwegian (for example: “Jeg heter Yuanchen”) and usually use a translator when reading Norwegian, so it would be easier for me to communicate in English.
I’m a 28-year-old man from China — easy-going, optimistic, and tidy. I value a clean and peaceful living environment, and I don’t smoke and seldom drink alcohol.
It would be great if the accommodation has windows with good sunlight, and I would appreciate having friendly roommates with a regular daily schedule.
