We’re a couple working in the tech industry, both employed full-time at the same company, looking for a cozy apartment suitable for two people in the city center. We’re tidy, reliable, and respectful tenants who value a calm and well-kept home.

We also share our lives with Waldemar, a well-behaved ragdoll cat. He’s our part-time cat, kind of like a divorced child who occasionally stays with us. Waldemar is calm, affectionate, and fully litter-trained, and he never scratches or causes trouble. We’re happy to provide proof of employment, references, and any necessary documents.
