Hi,
My name is Piotr. I work full-time as a tiler and have a stable income (around 4 times the rent).
I am a calm, responsible and tidy person. Non-smoker, no pets. I don’t host parties and I take good care of the place I live in.
I have been renting my current apartment for 7 years, always paying rent on time and without any issues. I can provide references from my current landlord as well as documentation of regular payments.
I am now looking for a new place because the building has been sold and will undergo renovation. Ideally, I am looking for a long-term rental (a few years).
