We are Suyog (25) and Pravin (32), both PhD candidates at UiT, and we have one available master bedroom in our beautiful and spacious 3-bedroom apartment located at the top of Tromsøya. The apartment is situated at the very end of the cliff, offering breathtaking panoramic views of Tromsøsundet, Tinden, the Arctic Cathedral, and Tromsøbrua.

About the Apartment:
Size: 150 square meters.
Master bedroom: Includes a walk-in closet.
Location: 10 minutes' walk from the city center, with:
500 meters to Charlottenlund and Prestvannet
A short drive to Tromsøbadet and UiT
Convenience store 200 meters away (open weekdays 07:00-23:00, weekends 10:00-22:00)
Bus stop 150 meters down the street.
Two balconies - one facing south and one facing east
Features: Furnished, cozy living room with a fireplace, and a quiet and established neighborhood
Rent and Terms:
Rent: NOK 8,200 per month (plus electricity) for the master bedroom.
Joint Costs: NOK 400 per month for snow plowing during winter months

Roommate Preferences:
We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, a non-smoker, not a regular party-person.
