Walking and cycling distance to the Studentersamfundet and the city centre. Save costs for bus tickets, and sleep a little longer in the morning if you study at Gløshaugen or the Norwegian Business School :-)

The tenancy is based on a fixed-term tenancy contract running for 5 months (from August til Desember)

We focus on creating a pleasant collective, and put together tenants we think will be happy together. Preferably an even distribution of boys and girls, and that all are students. This provides a great opportunity to quickly make new acquaintances at the start of your studies :-)

Dette gjøres for å sikre at leietaker har en strømavtale ved innflytting. Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
