Rom i bofellesskap - 16m^3, short term rent, all girls roomates, exchange student friendly

The spring semester of 2027 I am exchanging and therefore renting out my room from 01.01.27-01.08.27. Furniture included!

Location:
Lerkendal, about 15 minutes to walk to NTNU gløshaugen and 10 to NTNU handelshøyskolen. Trondheim torg is 20 minutes by bus.

Flatshare:
This flat have 3 other girls sharing bathroom and main living area. The girls are between 23-26 years old and are both students and working.

Furniture included in the room:
- Bed and bedside table
- Desk, drawer and chair
- Bookshelves
- Black cabinet and storage shelves
- White drawer section

All furniture in the pitures are included, apart from the small fridge, as there is a shared fridge in the common area.

The rent is 7500 including electricity and internet. The security deposit for the apartment is one months rent and will be charged only if furniture or apartment is damaged.
