Fully Furnished Room in Apartment – Close to NTNU & City Centre (Jan–Jul 2027)

Hi!

I'm subletting my room from January 1st to July 31st, 2027, and I'm looking for a girl who would like to live in a lovely shared apartment in Elgeseter, Trondheim!

Location

The apartment is located in Elgeseter, a fantastic location for students! It's very close to NTNU and within easy reach of Trondheim city centre, making it a super convenient place to live.

About the room and apartment

The room comes fully furnished, so you can move straight in without having to worry about buying furniture!

The room includes:
- Bed, mattress, douvet and pillows
- Desk
- Wardrobe
- Shelves and mirror

The apartment also has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

This is an all-girls shared apartment with five girls living here in total. You'll be sharing the apartment with four other girls, and we're looking for a female tenant to join the household.

Practical information
- Rental period: January 1st – July 31st, 2027
- Fully furnished room
- Electricity is not included in the rent
- Female tenants only

Dette gjøres for å sikre at leietaker har en strømavtale ved innflytting. Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
