Large (25 kvm) and sunny furnished room for sublet in Majorstuen

Are you a student, in Oslo for a little bit, or in between housing and want to sublet a furnished and affordable room in Majorstuen for 3+ months?
I am looking for someone to temporarily sublet my bedroom in a collective with 2 other women. Very high cielings and big windows and classic stukkatur. I have a queen size bed, table, TV, shelves, and dressers that will stay in the apartment. Available as early as 15 Dec untiil 15 March, with possibility for extension. If you need something for a bit longer let me know and I can work something out.

You will share the apartment with two women in their 40s in a very relaxed and chill collective. We are artistic types and all a bit Tybe B. If you are very structured or picky about organization/clutter, you will probably not fit into the group. Both roommates are vegan but you don't have to be. Ideally looking for another woman in her 30s or 40s, but we can be flexible for the right fit.

About the apartment:
Small kitchen with Dishwasher + 2 fridges
Washing Machine
Storage space in the loft, cellar, and an extra storage room.
No living room, but the bedroom has a couch and is very big.

If you are interested in the apartment please send a short message about yourself, including your age, background/work/interests, where you are from, and the rental period you need the roon for. I will start organizing viewings the week of November 9th.

rent is 6200 per month + internet and utilities (usually 1500-1800 in the winter)

Hvis leiekontrakten opprettes og signeres via Hybel, og det er avtalt at leietaker skal tegne egen strømavtale, er det et krav at avtalen bestilles fra en av våre kommersielle samarbeidspartnere i forbindelse med signering av leiekontrakten. Dette gjøres for å sikre at leietaker har en strømavtale ved innflytting. Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
