Two Rooms Available in a Cosy Shared Flat

We’re looking for friendly and easygoing people to join our shared flat from December 1st 2026 to March 31st 2027. The rooms can be rented out individually, or both to a couple.

🛏️ The Rooms
‎
First room: 10m2, spacious and bright. We currently have a keyboard in this room, that can be stored away if necessary, or kept there if you'd like to play on it. Rent: 4250kr

Second room: 11m2 at floor level (6m2 at 190cm height), access to a private balcony (shared with another room). Equipped with a nice desk and a double screen setup.

‎🏡 The Location

‎The flat is ideally located with excellent connections to both campuses:
‎ - Dragvoll – about 5 minutes by bus (line 12, just a 1-minute walk from the flat)
- Gløshaugen – about 5 minutes by bus (lines 3/14, 4-minute walk)
‎ - City centre – around 10 minutes by bus
- Lade / Sirkus shopping - around 10 minutes by bus
‎
‎Shops are conveniently close: a large Rema 1000 is right next door, and a Kiwi (open on Sundays!) is just across the street.
‎
‎If you’re into fitness or student activities, Moholt Studentby (SiT gym & Loftet) is only a 4-minute walk away. 3T Moholt and Crossfit Moholt are 7-minute away. And for nature lovers, Estenstadmarka is nearby—perfect for a quick walk, run, or just some fresh air after a long day.

‎You’ll be living with:

‎Philipp (29) – German, finished his Master’s and is working/looking for opportunities.
‎
Helene (25) - Norwegian, studying Master's in Energy and Environment.
‎
‎We enjoy spending time together—whether it’s chatting in the kitchen in the evenings or having spontaneous card or game nights—but we also respect each other’s space.

You will be living in the rooms of Quentin (27, France) and Rebekka (31, Norway), who are travelling this winter.

‎💛 Who We’re Looking For
‎We’d love to find someone who:
‎ - Is open, friendly, and enjoys a relaxed shared living environment
‎ - Likes occasional social moments like dinners or game nights
- Helps keep common areas tidy and respects our cleaning plan
‎ - Communicates openly so we can maintain a comfortable home for everyone

‎We’re not a party flat (our landlord lives below us), but having friends over for dinner or a relaxed evening is absolutely welcome—we usually just check in with each other beforehand.

‎Overall, we aim to create a home where everyone feels comfortable, heard, and at ease.
