Centrally Located, Furnished Apartment with Stunning Bergen View

We're renting out our home for three months while we're away travelling! Could this be the right place for you?

**Highlights:**

- Centrally located apartment with beautiful views over Bergen
- Spacious, comfortable living room
- Right on the edge of the forest and mountains, with the Løvstien walking trail just outside
- Newly renovated bathroom (2025)

The apartment is on the 4th floor, with a lift. Please note that there are about 10–15 steps from street level to reach the lift.

**All bills are included** (electricity, water, internet, etc.). Parking is not included and would need to be arranged separately. We currently use the residential street parking available just outside the building.

Getting around is easy: bus no. 10 stops just a two-minute walk away and takes you to the city centre in around 10 min. Walk to city centre approx. 30 min.

The nearest supermarket Spar is about a 10-minute walk away, while Rema 1000 is around 15 minutes on foot.

We're flexible when it comes to the length of your stay, although we'd ideally like 1 month or more.

Ideal for singles and couples (possibly with a small child, but please note that we don't have a cot!).

### A little more info about the apartment

**Living room & balcony**

The living room has a dining area, a two-seater sofa, two armchairs and a TV with Chromecast. There's also a desk tucked into one corner if you need a place to work.

The living room opens onto our glass-enclosed balcony.

The building's exterior was fully renovated in 2020, when the balcony was added. At approximately 8 m², it provides extra sitting space, with great views over the city.

**Bathroom**

The bathroom was completely renovated in 2025. It's on the smaller side, but fresh and modern.

**Kitchen**

The kitchen is probably the least modern part of the apartment, but it's fully functional, well equipped and has everything you need for everyday cooking. We've also made a few small improvements to make it feel more welcoming. A full renovation is planned for 2027.

**Bedroom & storage**

There's wardrobe space both in the entrance hall and bedroom, and we'll make sure to clear plenty of room for your belongings.

The bedroom has a comfortable 160 cm (queen size) double bed made from natural materials (Coco-Mat) and looks out on the forest and mountains. It's peaceful on this side of the building, with very little noise — ideal for a good sleep!

You're welcome to use our bed linen and towels, we have both summer and winter duvets available.
