1 available room in a 2-person shared apartment. All inclusive!

My current roommate is moving out and I am looking for someone to replace them.
The apartment is very close to Biermanns gate tram stop yet a calm place away from the main road with a big backgadren-style communal space with a lot greenery and bike parking.
The apartment is furnished and functional, but there is room for your own furniture and other stuff. Kitchen is well equipped. The bed in the bedroom can be purchased at nominal rates, the rest of the furniture can simply be taken over or removed. My roommate will take their stuff and there will be a lot of scope for reorganization based on your preferences so that you can feel at home.
There is a storage room in the basement and a shared terrace.

Your share of rent: 11,500 NOK (includes everything).

The available bedroom has its private storage room/wardrobe. The dimensions of the room (14m2) and the apartment (55m2) are estimates.

I am a 35 years old academic, historian by training, and I have lived here for a bit over three years.
Its a pretty decent space with everything in the proximity and good transport connections.
A new contract will be signed with the landlord when you move in.
Depositum is worth three months' rent but this can probably be lowered.
You can move in now or latest by November 15.
