Room in student housing in Tromsø (Dramsvegen) available January-July 2027

Hello!

I am going on an exchange semester during the spring semester and am looking for a student to sublet my room in Dramsvegen student housing in Tromsø from January to June/July 2027.

The room is located close to UiT The Arctic University of Norway and has easy access to public transport, grocery stores, and student facilities. It takes approximately 12 minutes to walk to the university, and there is a bus stop right outside the student housing with connections to both the airport and the city centre. There is also a floodlit trail directly behind the building for those who enjoy outdoor activities.

Living in student housing is a great way to meet other students and become part of the international student community in Tromsø. The accommodation is well suited for exchange students and offers a social environment with both Norwegian and international students.

Period: January to June/July 2027
Location: Dramsvegen, Tromsø
Rent: NOK 6,900 per month
Furnished: Yes
The room includes a bed, desk, bookshelf, wardrobe, and a private bathroom.
The housing is managed by Samskipnaden.
You will share a kitchen with 10 other students, including both Norwegian and exchange students.
The laundry room is located next door on the same floor (2nd floor).
Approval from the housing provider is required before move-in.

I am looking for a responsible and tidy student. Exchange students are especially welcome to apply.
