Room in a shared-flat - close to University and City center

Hi!

I'm Axel, and I'm looking for 3 roommates from 01.01.27! I live in a nice and well-located house (next to Rema 1000 Kræmer Brygge), between the university and the city center. I moved here in August, with Erasmus students who are all leaving end of December.

My indoor 8-yo cat Plume lives in this house too, so you need to love cats as she is a big part of the house and my biggest priority! She is very sweet and calm 🥰

About me, I am a 23 yo french student on my first year of master in geosciences. I plan to stay in Tromsø after my master. I am also working full time as a pizza baker and as a cook. In my free time I like to read, run, bake breads, pies or cakes or go for a walk with my cat. I love to share food and thoughts with whomever I live with!

I have 3 rooms available. Electricity is 800 kr per month per person in advance, it may be too much but I am not sure how much we will use.

The house itself is fully furnished. Our living room is big and has 3 couches (we got a little bit carried away haha), a TV, connected to my computer to play video games or watch movies, 4 controllers, a table, some random chairs, a fire place and an amazing view on the montains behind Tromsdalen. The kitchen is furnished and quite big. There is one bathroom upstairs with shower, toilets, and laundry machine, and toilets downstairs. There is also an attic and a storage room in the house :)

About the room:

The room is upstairs and is furnished with a large 1-person bed, a bookshelf, some shelves, a fire place and the best view outside the window. Some curtains have also been put to seperate the bed area so there is some privacy even when the door is open, because the roommate from the room next to this one needs to pass through to access their room. It's going very well right now and the current roommates are not bothered at all! It will get a bit renovated before you move in, as you can see the wall is not really pretty now. The rent is 6930kr per month and it is available the 01.01.27.
This room is perfect for an Erasmus student, so short-time rental, but long-time rental people are also very welcome!
