The apartment is situated on a street parallel to Torggata, close to Grünerløkka, Karl Johan, Oslo Central Station (Oslo S) and Youngstorget, with a wide selection of popular restaurants, cafés, nightlife venues, grocery stores and shopping opportunities nearby.

Oslo Metropolitan University (OsloMet), Kristiania University College and the Oslo School of Architecture and Design are all within a short walking distance. Excellent public transport connections to BI Norwegian Business School are available right outside the building.

Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
