Room available in fully furnished 77 m² apartment near Torshovdalen | 1 Nov 2026–1 Feb 2027

Due to planned travel and vacation, we are subletting our apartment from 1 November 2026 to 1 February 2027.

One of the two bedrooms has already been rented, and one furnished bedroom is still available. The other bedroom has already been rented to a quiet and respectful couple; one of them is currently a PhD student at OsloMet.

Move-in is possible from 26 October 2026, with 26–31 October included free of charge.

The apartment is located in Sigurd Lies gate, in a quiet residential area with direct access to Torshovdalen park. Sinsen metro station is only around a 3-minute walk away, providing easy access to the rest of Oslo.
The apartment is 77 m² and is situated on a raised first floor. It has large windows, high ceilings and a bright, practical layout, with two bedrooms, a spacious living room, separate kitchen, bathroom and hallway.

The available room is furnished and ready to move into. The common areas are shared with the occupants of the other bedroom.

The shared areas include:
- Spacious furnished living room
- Fully equipped kitchen and dining area
- Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and cooktop
- Coffee machine, kitchenware and cooking utensils
- Bathroom with shower and washing machine
- 1 Gbps internet

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, making it a convenient option for someone who needs a comfortable temporary home in Oslo.
It could be particularly suitable for a visiting researcher, PhD student, professional on a temporary assignment, student, or anyone staying in Oslo for a few months.

We are looking for a tidy, respectful and reliable tenant who will take good care of the apartment and be comfortable sharing the common areas.
