Short-term sublet 1 Nov–1 Feb | Fully furnished 77 m² 2-bedroom apartment by Torshovdalen

Due to planned travel and vacation, we are subletting our apartment from 1 November 2026 to 1 February 2027.
Move-in is possible from 27 October, and the remaining days of October are included free of charge.
The apartment has an internal living area of 77 m² (BRA-i) and is located in Sigurd Lies gate, in a quiet and sheltered residential area with direct access to Torshovdalen park. At the same time, it is very well connected to the rest of Oslo, with Sinsen metro station only around a 3-minute walk away.
The apartment is situated on a raised first floor and has large windows, high ceilings and a bright, practical layout. It consists of two good-sized bedrooms, a large living room, a separate kitchen, bathroom and hallway.
The living room is spacious and comfortable, with large windows and plenty of room for relaxing, dining and everyday living.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped and includes everything needed for a normal stay, including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, cooktop, coffee machine, kitchenware and cooking utensils. There is also a dining area with a pleasant view towards the green surroundings.
There are two bedrooms, both furnished with beds and ready to use. One of the bedrooms is also arranged with a practical home-office setup, making the apartment well suited for remote work.
The bathroom has a shower and washing facilities.
The apartment will be rented fully furnished and fully equipped, so it is genuinely ready to move into. Furniture, kitchen equipment, bedding and everyday essentials will be available.
There is also very good storage space available, including one large and one smaller storage room in the basement. The property has 27 m² of registered external usable area (BRA-e) in total.
Families with children are very welcome. The apartment is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, and the direct access to Torshovdalen makes the area particularly pleasant and convenient for families.
We are looking for tidy, respectful and reliable tenants who will treat the apartment as their own and take good care of it during their stay.
Our preference is to rent out the entire apartment for the full period. However, renting one of the rooms separately may also be considered by agreement.
Rental terms
- Apartment size: 77 m² (BRA-i)
- External usable area: 27 m² (BRA-e)
- Rent: NOK 24,000 per month (approx. EUR 2,200)
- Deposit: one month’s rent
- Rental period: 1 November 2026 – 1 February 2027
- Move-in possible from: 27 October 2026
- 27–31 October included free of charge
- Water is included
- 1 Gbps internet is included
- Electricity and electric heating are not included and will be paid by the tenant according to actual consumption
- Parking is not included
- A written fixed-term tenancy agreement based on the standard contract will be used
