Cozy room in central apartment for short-term lease // Kort-tids leie med mulighet til forlengelse

From 1. November, a cozy room in our social collective will be available for a Short-Term lease, with potential for extension from January.

Our apartment is right in the center of Oslo, right across the street is a well connected bus-stop at Jakob Kirke near Vega Kino, beautiful cafes, sunny parks and lively bars.

The room is 10m2 and comes unfurnished except the wardrobe. For the duration of the temporary lease, we can also arrange a bed.

It's a completely renovated apartment from 2025, with a big, bright living room and kitchen. On a sunny morning, the light shines through in the bedroom/living room and, in the afternoon, in the kitchen :)

It has all basic amenities like a shared fridge, dishwasher, and a washing machine. Wifi is included; electricity is paid separately. There is a small inner garden with picnic-benches and a covered shed where you could keep your bicycle.

You will be living with 2 flatmates:
Marielle is 27, half Swedish half Norwegian, and she is currently studying at Kristiania University and works part time. She loves travelling, filmmaking and going out for a pint :)
Shivani is 25, from Germany and she works full time, is a social butterfly who loves to travel, gardening and community dinners. 

Ideally looking for a social person the same age as us to be part of the community here. We often do things together like shared dinners, craft nights, and occasionally parties. 

Rent is 8921kr/month excluding electricity bills, and prepaid before the end of the each month. Deposit is 3 months of rent. The short term lease ends latest January 31st 2027. For the extension, a new lease agreement needs to be signed before this date.

Viktig informasjon om strømavtale ved kontraktsinngåelse
Hvis leiekontrakten opprettes og signeres via Hybel, og det er avtalt at leietaker skal tegne egen strømavtale, er det et krav at avtalen bestilles fra en av våre kommersielle samarbeidspartnere i forbindelse med signering av leiekontrakten. Dette gjøres for å sikre at leietaker har en strømavtale ved innflytting. Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
