Cozy room in the center

I'm moving out of my cozy room at Hausmanns gate 33, right in the center of Oslo.
The room is 10m2 and comes unfurnished except the wardrobe. We can discuss if you want to buy the bed, just let me know:)
It's a completely renovated apartment from 2025, with a big, bright living room and kitchen. It's sunny all day: in the bedroom/living room in the morning and in the kitchen in the afternoons:) It has all amenities like a dishwasher and a washing machine, and floor heating in the bathroom. Wifi is included; electricity is paid separately (it was around 500 in the coldest months and only around 50 in the summer). There is a small inner garden with a covered shed with the possibility to keep your bike there.

You will be living with 2 flatmates: Marielle is 27, half Swedish half Norwegian, and she is currently studying at Kristiania University and works part time. She loves travelling, filmmaking and going out for a pint :)
Shivani is 25, from Germany and she works full time, is a social butterfly who loves to travel, gardening and community dinners.

Ideally looking for a social girl the same age as us to be part of the community here. We often do things together like shared dinners, craft nights, and occasionally parties.

Rent is 8921kr/month and prepaid before the end of the each month. Deposit is 3 months of rent. You will be taking over my lease until the end of of the year and would have to sign a new lease from the new year with the main tenant.

Viktig informasjon om strømavtale ved kontraktsinngåelse
Hvis leiekontrakten opprettes og signeres via Hybel, og det er avtalt at leietaker skal tegne egen strømavtale, er det et krav at avtalen bestilles fra en av våre kommersielle samarbeidspartnere i forbindelse med signering av leiekontrakten. Dette gjøres for å sikre at leietaker har en strømavtale ved innflytting. Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
