2-room apartment with sea view – available from late December

The apartment is located on the 6th floor with elevator and consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. There is also a private storage room on the same floor and access to a shared laundry room.

Monthly rent for the new tenancy is NOK 13,500.

I am the current tenant and will be relocating permanently in December. If you are interested in taking over from late December 2026, please contact me first through Hybel. I can then coordinate with the landlord. The prospective tenant will need to submit an application and demonstrate sufficient financial credibility. If approved, the new tenant will enter into a new rental agreement directly with the landlord.

The apartment is officially rented unfurnished. The apartment includes the fixed fittings and appliances.

Heating is electric, with two heaters installed in the apartment. In our experience, they provide more than enough heating during winter, and we usually keep only one of them on.

*Optional furniture package: The current furniture can be purchased separately for NOK 17,500 for the full package. The package includes two electrically height-adjustable desks, two beds with mattresses, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelving/bookcase, dining table, four chairs and additional furniture shown in the photos. Individual items can also be discussed. Screens/electronics are not included.
