Room in 170m² house with short walk to UIA

Hi!
I am renting out my room from 01.01.2027 till the end of July (dates are a little bit flexible) since I'm going on an exchange. The room would be perfect for another exchange student who is going to study at UIA for the spring semester.

The room is in a large, bright and pleasant housing collective, located a short distance from the University of Agder at Lund in Kristiansand. The home is designed with a spacious living room, dining room and common areas for socializing such as movie nights, games, etc.
The house is fully furnished with white goods, sofas, beds, cabinets, TV, etc. Heat pump for cheaper electricity, as well as the possibility of going together to buy firewood for pleasant fireplace heating. Internet is included in the price, while electricity is shared between the tenants.

The house is about a 10 minute walk from a supermarket and a 7 minute walk from the closest busstop, from where you can take the bus to pretty much anywhere in the city, such as the university, which only takes 4 minutes by bus.

The home is on 2 levels, a total of 170m2:
1st floor has a kitchen, large living room, bathroom with shower and washer/dryer.
2nd floor has a bathroom with shower and washer/dryer.

All photos that are not of the room in the ad are from autumn 2022, and some minor changes to furniture etc. occur.
The home is rented out by a housing agent.

I will remove all my personal items from the room so that you can inhabit it with your own things. Some of the furniture is mine but all the furniture you see will be left in the room so you can use it.

Hvis leiekontrakten opprettes og signeres via Hybel, og det er avtalt at leietaker skal tegne egen strømavtale, er det et krav at avtalen bestilles fra en av våre kommersielle samarbeidspartnere i forbindelse med signering av leiekontrakten. Dette gjøres for å sikre at leietaker har en strømavtale ved innflytting. Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
