Furnished Room for Sublet in Shared Apartment – Kringsjå Student Village

I will be going on exchange from February 2027 and am therefore looking to sublet my furnished room in a shared two-person apartment at Olav M. Troviks vei 66, Kringsjå Student Village.

📅 Rental period: Approximately from the beginning of February 2027 until the beginning of May 2027.
The exact dates are not yet confirmed, as they depend on my exchange period, but I expect the sublet to be around these dates. The dates can therefore be somewhat flexible.

💁🏽‍♀️ About your roommate

You will be sharing the apartment with a friendly, clean and calm 22-year-old female student studying psychology at the University of Oslo (UiO). She is structured, respectful and easy to live with, and values a tidy and comfortable home.

I am looking for a female subtenant, preferably a student who is responsible, tidy and respectful of shared living spaces 🌸

📋 Requirements for the subtenant

According to SiO regulations, the subtenant:

* Must be a student at an institution affiliated with SiO
* Must pay the semester fee to SiO through their institution
* Must meet SiO’s eligibility criteria
* Must have no outstanding obligations to SiO
* Cannot have an existing SiO housing contract during the sublet period

💰 Rent: NOK 4,875 per month, all included
🔐 Deposit: One month’s rent

📌 Handover

Upon moving out, the room must be returned clean and in the same condition as at move-in. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear must be compensated for.
