Cozy and spacious furnished room with private bathroom.

Hello

Are You someone or know someone looking for a cozy and calm place to live. AVAILABLE FROM 1st September

Located in first zone of Oslo, calm neighbourhood of Nordstrand. It takes 10 minutes by train or 12 minutes by bus to get home.

It's a 1 biggest bedroom out of 3 bedroom apartment. The place is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, closet - everything You will need and comes with Your own bathroom.

Me and the other flatmate share the second bathroom which also has a washing machine for all of us to share.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything down to bowls and plates, ready to live. You will even have Your very own fridge (since we have 2) 🙃

It cost 10 000kr (plus one month deposit of 10 000 ) the electricity bill we share in 3, due to cold period now and all the heating on we pay 1600 devided by 3 (so no more than 550kr per person).

Warm water and Internet is included in the rest and any help needed, is provided by the kindest landlords.

Me and the other flatmate are people on their 30's fully working and even extra, so the house is usually very quiet :)

Hvis leiekontrakten opprettes og signeres via Hybel, og det er avtalt at leietaker skal tegne egen strømavtale, er det et krav at avtalen bestilles fra en av våre kommersielle samarbeidspartnere i forbindelse med signering av leiekontrakten. Dette gjøres for å sikre at leietaker har en strømavtale ved innflytting. Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
