19 m² room with private bathroom – Trondheim city centre, NTNU campus

I am subletting my room at Thomas Angells gate 20 because I will be away on a PhD research exchange abroad for three months.

Available from 1 October to 31 December 2026.

The room would be particularly suitable for an exchange student, visiting student/researcher, or NTNU student looking for short-term accommodation in Trondheim.

The room is approximately 19 m² and has a private bathroom and wardrobe. It also has a sofa and external monitor, which the tenant is welcome to use. A keyboard and guitar are also available for use if desired.

The kitchen is shared with three other residents on the 5th floor. It is spacious and well equipped, with multiple refrigerators/freezers, oven and stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, plenty of cupboard/storage space, and a counter with seating.

There is also a shared laundry room with multiple washing machines and dryers, as well as access to storage.

Rent: NOK 6,700/month, including electricity and internet.

The location is very convenient for students:

• Easy access to NTNU Gløshaugen
• Close to NTNU Kalvskinnet
• Walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, shopping and other city-centre amenities
