13 m2 bedroom in flat shared with 1 person. Possibility of prolonging.

Hei!
I'm letting out a 13 m2 room in my apartment on Etterstad. I am a 42 year old Norwegian teacher finishing up my master’s degree. You are a somewhat adult and calm person who values keeping common areas clean. Apart from that, I enjoy meeting new people and learning about their lives, so I’m definitely one to keep a friendly and social tone. I also enjoy making and listening to music, so it’s by no means a silent house :)

The period is ideally from August 4th 2026 until January 31st 2027, but I’m pretty flexible. I’m also open to prolonging the period later if we wish so.

You will access a cozy kitchen and a bathroom. The living room and balcony can be used by agreement – mostly when I am away or if you want to plan a dinner/company.

The apartment is perfectly functional, although some of the interior has a bit of wear and tear («60's vintage»). But it has been partly renovated, so the kitchen and the bathroom work well and have all the appliances. The windows are new and tight. The bedroom is mostly furnished, but unwanted furniture can be moved to storage. Rent includes everything: Wi-Fi, electricity and heating.

The area is quiet, with a big common garden. There’s a virgin forest and the Alna river just nearby. Close to the 37 and 54 bus and a 15 minute walk from Helsfyr T-bane. Freight trains do pass the building at intervals, but I got accustomed to that quickly.

NB: You need to be able to pay rent within the agreed time every month. I’ve had some unfortunate experiences with the opposite, and it won’t work long-term. If you have any references, even better!
