Hello, we for a new female flatmate to take over my room in a bright and lovely apartment in a fantastic location at St. Hanshaugen

You’ll be sharing the apartment with two Norwegian girls in their mid-20s, who both study and work part-time. The apartment is calm and peaceful, and the neighbours are also very quiet , making it a great place to come home to after work or university.

There are several gyms within walking distance, supermarkets, cafes and transport around.

The room is 8,700 NOK per month and will be available from 1 November, although an earlier move-in date may be possible, so this can be discussed.

The room is currently unfurnished in terms of personal furniture, but there is an option for the wardrobe and desk to be purchased separately if you would like to keep them.

Electricity and internet are not included in the rent.

Internet is approximately 255 NOK/month. Electricity varies depending on the season and usage, but is usually around 200 NOK/month during the warmer months and up to around 1,000 NOK/month during the winter.

We’re looking for another girl around a similar age and with a similar day-to-day lifestyle. Ideally, someone who is studying or working, is clean and respectful, and enjoys living in a friendly but calm home.

Hvis leiekontrakten opprettes og signeres via Hybel, og det er avtalt at leietaker skal tegne egen strømavtale, er det et krav at avtalen bestilles fra en av våre kommersielle samarbeidspartnere i forbindelse med signering av leiekontrakten. Dette gjøres for å sikre at leietaker har en strømavtale ved innflytting. Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
