Large bedrooms in large social apartment!
Students, PhD candidates, and postdocs only. A one-semester rental is welcome. The minimum rental period is five months, from August to December.

This is a five-bedroom apartment, with one person in each bedroom. It has a shared bathroom, an extra toilet, a large, social living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

The bedrooms are slightly different in size: 9, 10, 10, 10, and 12 m². Price is 9500 for smallest room, 9900 for 10 sq.m. rooms, and 10500 for the 12 sq.m.

The pictures and video were taken about a year ago, and some of the bedrooms have been upgraded since then. The rooms are delivered fully furnished. We can easily remove any furniture that you do not need. Every bedroom has a bed, desk, office chair, shelving, and dedicated wardrobe space.

We can also provide bed linen, a set of towels, a duvet, and a pillow if needed, included into rent. If you are new to Trondheim, we can meet you by car when you arrive.

The apartment has all the kitchen electrics, kitchen utensils, a furnished living room, and plenty of storage space. There is also a large storage area for skis and other equipment in the basement, where the laundry room is located.

High-speed internet, water, and electricity are included. Electricity consumption must be reasonable. Historically, it has never been above 2,500 kWh, so consumption up to 3,000 kWh is included.

The TV has an HDMI cable, but no TV subscriptions are included.

The apartment has a keyless coded door lock—so you never need to worry about losing your rental keys!

Bicycle parking is available under the roof of the open carport. There are also two parking spaces in the carport shared by the tenants of the apartment, as well as an electric-car charger.

The apartment is best suited for the Gløshaugen, St. Olavs, Kalvskinnet, and BI campuses, or for anyone who enjoys the nightlife in the city centre. Please note that Dragvoll campus is far away—unless you enjoy reading on the bus!

Please also note that the apartment is approximately on the fifth floor when counting the stairs through the garden. I have a youtube link for video of the apartment, can send you in direct message, because hybel.no dont let me to publish it.

No deposit is required for one-semester rental, and there are no additional months to pay in advance. Each monthly payment must simply be made at least 15 days before the month begins.

I use an electronic contract for the protection of both the tenant and the landlord. If needed, we can also provide a scanned, signed paper version.

The landlord is the owner herself and has a PhD in materials science from NTNU. She is solution-oriented, has experience renting to students, understands what it is like to be new in Trondheim, and can provide references from NTNU.
