Room in spacious shared apartment at Sofies plass 1 available from 1st of August.

I am moving abroad and am looking for someone responsible and friendly to take over my room in this nice apartment.

About the apartment:
- Large shared apartment on the 5th floor
- 5 bedrooms total
- Living room
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Bathroom and separate toilet
- Washing machine
- Dishwasher
- Internet included

The apartment has high ceilings. Located in a classic Oslo building and has a very comfortable and homely atmosphere.

About the room:
- Quiet and spacious bedroom
- There is one window, a build in wardrobe and for the winter times there are 2 heaters, to keep the room warm

The Furniture should be purchased from the current tenant, including bed, storage, mirror, 4 lamps, heaters and other essentials. This makes moving in very easy and convenient. The price for the furniture would be 2000 nok.

Sofies plass is an amazing location:
- 2 min walk to St. Hanshaugen park
- 10-15 min to city centre
- Excellent public transport connections
- Grocery stores, cafés, gyms, and everything you need within walking distance Perfect for students or young professionals.

About the roommates:
You will share the apartment with friendly, respectful young professionals & a student.
Everyone has their own routines, and the apartment has a calm and respectful atmosphere.
