Room available in a lovely, big kollektiv in St. Hanshaugen – Immediate move-in!

Hello people!
I am looking for someone to take over my room as soon as possible, as my study plans changed last minute and I am moving to Trondheim instead of Oslo.
The room is available right away and ready for you to move in!🔥

About the kollektiv: The place is very big and shared by 7 persons in total. The living room and the kitchen are big enough for everyone, and the flat has two bathrooms, a common garden, and a basement for storage. The room itself is on the smaller side, but the huge common areas make up for it!

Price little room: 8,400 NOK per month (electricity and internet not included. Please note there will be a slight rent increase starting in August).

Location: It’s very central, right next to the beautiful St. Hanshaugen park (2 min walk). You can take bus 37, 21, or 26 to get here, and there is a Kiwi, Rema 1000, and Coop Mega just around the corner.

About the people: We are a joyful, international kollektiv. Two super friendly Norwegian girls (22) and two French girls (25) are moving in right now, and you will also live with two guys (28, 29). We speak English together to include everyone and love to share our different cultures!
We try to spend some moments together like board game nights, watching a movie, going to concerts, or just having a drink. This kollektiv is an amazing place to create connections while having your individual space whenever needed. 🥰🥳

Viktig informasjon om strømavtale ved kontraktsinngåelse
Hvis leiekontrakten opprettes og signeres via Hybel, og det er avtalt at leietaker skal tegne egen strømavtale, er det et krav at avtalen bestilles fra en av våre kommersielle samarbeidspartnere i forbindelse med signering av leiekontrakten. Dette gjøres for å sikre at leietaker har en strømavtale ved innflytting. Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
