Room available in central 2-bedroom apartment for rent from 01.09.26 - Grünerløkka/ Sofienberg

My flatmate will be moving out at the end of August, so I am looking for a new flatmate to take over her room available from September 1st. :)

The apartment is in a central location, just two tram stops from Oslo Central Station and within walking distance of both Botanical Garden and Grünerløkka. The building also has a shared terrace on the 15th and 16th floors with lovely views over the city.

It is a two-bedroom apartment with one bathroom, living room/kitchen area, and lots of storage options (one small storage room in the apartment itself, one bigger storage room in the basement of the apartment block, and a spacious hallway wardrobe with sliding doors).

The apartment includes a fridge/freezer, oven, induction hob, dishwasher and a washing machine/dryer. It is also furnished with a dining table and chairs, hallway table, shoe rack, and large bathroom shelves for extra storage.

The bedroom available for rent was originally unfurnished, but my current flatmate may be willing to sell her furniture if you are interested. Otherwise, you are welcome to bring your own.

The rent is 10 000 NOK per month, which includes hot water and high-speed internet suitable for streaming and gaming. Electricity and tenant insurance (75kr) are paid separately. The deposit is 30 000 NOK.

A little about me: My name is Maria, I'm 32 years old, and I've been living in Norway for the past two and a half years. My background is in psychology, but I'm currently working in a bakery, so I usually have fairly early starts. In my free time, I enjoy reading, yoga, going to the gym, gaming, knitting, and hiking.

I'm looking for a flatmate who also appreciates a quiet, clean, and considerate home environment. I enjoy chatting from time to time, but I also value my own space and privacy.
