2 rooms in a grown up collective at Tøyen available

I’m looking for 2 new roommates to join a friendly, grown-up collective in the Tøyen / Grønland / Kampen area. Two of my current roommates are moving out, so I’m hoping to find people who want to help create a warm, respectful, and comfortable home. The apartment is in a beautiful historic building and has been newly renovated to a high standard.

The apartment

• 117m2 of total size
• Large, fully equipped kitchen.
• Separate spacious living room with a fireplace.
• Two bathrooms.
• Available rooms: 17 m² (NOK 10,215) and 8 m² (NOK 8,965).
• The rooms come with basic furniture, including a bed and wardrobe, though this can likely be adjusted if you have your own furniture.

The move in date is flexible between 1.9 and 1.10.

About me
I’m Simona, 38, and I work at the University of Oslo as an Instructional Designer. I’m originally from Prague, but I’ve lived abroad for more than half of my life and have been in Norway for the past 8 years. I enjoy outdoor activities, making vegetarian food, cabin trips, reading, movies, podcasts.

The home

This is a relaxed but grown up and considerate home, and I’d love to keep it that way. We’ve had a weekly cleaning schedule that has worked really well, so it would be nice to continue with that. I’m not really into big parties, but I do love the idea of the occasional shared dinner, board game night, or movie night at home :)

The apartment has previously been home to people in their late 20s and 30s, and I think that’s part of why it has felt so low key and easy to live in. I also often dog-sit, so it’s important to me that you’re happy having a dog around.

Ideally, you:

• Are 30+.
• Work full-time.
• Love dogs.
• Enjoy co-living and contributing to a shared home.

Dette gjøres for å sikre at leietaker har en strømavtale ved innflytting. Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
