A beautiful Room with Balcony & View in Cozy Collective – JULY26

Hi there!

We’re subletting a lovely fully furnished room in our shared house from the beginning of July.

The room is spacious and bright, comes with a walk-in wardrobe, its own private balcony, and a fantastic view over Oslo – perfect for morning coffee or an evening unwind.

Rent is 8,500 NOK/month (excluding electricity).

Our home is well connected – just a 3-minute walk to the subway, so you can be in central Oslo in under 20 minutes or at Majorstuen in just 10 minutes. There’s also a bus to Lysaker nearby that takes about 10 minutes.

We’re located in a peaceful, green neighborhood, with nature right at our doorstep. A beautiful valley nearby invites for walks and bike rides – Røa is 10 minutes away by bike, and Bogstadvannet around 20 minutes.

The house has:

a modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, and freezer

a spacious living room with a dining area, sofa corner, fireplace, and access to a terrace and vegetable garden

4 bedrooms upstairs, plus a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower and double sinks

washing machine and dryer in the basement

We like to keep the home cozy and peaceful, so we ask for no pets, smoking, loud parties, or heavy noise.

You’ll be living with Anne, Joanna and Valentin – all in our 30s, open-minded, friendly, and active people. We work during the week and spend our weekends doing things we love – whether it’s hiking, gardening, socializing, enjoying a sauna, or traveling.

We’re looking for someone in their late 20s to mid-30s who’s relaxed, respectful, and up for sharing a lovely home.
