Fint og lyst rom leies ut nær Sofienbergparken

1 very nice room in a cozy shared apartment is available for rent from 01.07.2026. The apartment is located in a very central area, right between Schous Plass and Sofienberg Park, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. Grocery stores are close by, including a 24-hour Bunnpris only 5 minutes away and another Bunnpris with shorter opening hours just 1 minute away. Shopping, cafés, and nightlife are only a short walk away.

The apartment has a cozy backyard with seating areas and bicycle parking. It is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and other essential appliances. There is also a small basement storage room with some extra space. The kitchen is practical and the bathroom is in good condition, as shown in the pictures.

The current tenants are 5 guys between the ages of 22 and 35, so we preferably look for someone in the same age range to take over the room. We are all friendly people who either work full-time or study. However, it is not a requirement that this remains a male-only shared apartment, and all interest in the room is appreciated.

IMPORTANT: One thing that is extremely important to us is cleanliness. It is therefore required that the person moving in cleans up after themselves, washes dishes, and keeps the common areas tidy after using them. We expect everyone to contribute to maintaining a clean and pleasant living environment.

We are looking for 1 person only (no couples) to take over the room.

The room available for rent is 9 m² and costs 5,767 NOK per month.

Electricity and grid fees are added separately and are rarely more than 300–400 NOK per person per month, except during the coldest winter months.

According to our contract, we have a rotating deposit system (the person moving in pays the deposit directly to the person moving out).

The deposit for this room is 14,400 NOK.

Viktig informasjon om strømavtale ved kontraktsinngåelse
Hvis leiekontrakten opprettes og signeres via Hybel, og det er avtalt at leietaker skal tegne egen strømavtale, er det et krav at avtalen bestilles fra en av våre kommersielle samarbeidspartnere i forbindelse med signering av leiekontrakten. Dette gjøres for å sikre at leietaker har en strømavtale ved innflytting. Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
