Shared housing near city center and UiT

Hi! From 1.july this flat will be available to rent on permanent basis as a shared housing. It has a very good location near both city and university, bus stop, gym and grocery store within 200m. 

The flat is being rebuildt by the moment according to the drawing shown in the picture and it is spacious, with lots of sunlight.

In the common area it will have a have a work station, large homebuildt sofa, a large tv, open kitchen with a bar, nice balcony with sun all day long. In the winter there is a cozy fireplace to use. On the main floor there are two bedrooms to rent (the one by kitchen is already taken). Kitchen, living room and bathroom will be shared.

I live on the attic with a seperate kitchen and as a sailboatskipper I am mostly traveling and not much at home, but my wish is to find nice people to socialize with when time allows. I’m an easy going, friendly and active guy who believe sharing is caring 😀, so feel free to share this ad as well 😇

Hvis leiekontrakten opprettes og signeres via Hybel, og det er avtalt at leietaker skal tegne egen strømavtale, er det et krav at avtalen bestilles fra en av våre kommersielle samarbeidspartnere i forbindelse med signering av leiekontrakten. Dette gjøres for å sikre at leietaker har en strømavtale ved innflytting. Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
