1 Room Available in a Spacious Modern Apartment – Very Central Location in Tromsø

I am looking for a great tenant to take over my room as I will be moving to Bergen.

The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2022, so everything is modern, new, and very well maintained. It is spacious and bright, with a large modern kitchen that has plenty of cupboard and counter space. The kitchen includes an induction stove, dishwasher, extractor fan, and large fridge/freezer.

The apartment also includes:

* A cozy living room with TV and sofa
* Dining area with table and chairs
* Bathroom with floor heating
* Large storage room
* New washing machine
* Large hot water tank
* Big terrace with amazing views of the fjord and Tromsdalstinden – perfect for enjoying the midnight sun

The landlord’s family lives upstairs and they are very kind, quiet, and helpful. The house is carefully maintained and of very high quality.

Location:

* Bus stop “Doktordalen” is only 2 minutes away
* Frequent buses 20 and 24 to the city centre, UiT, and UNN

The apartment is fully furnished.

The room (12m2) includes:

* Single bed with mattress
* Wardrobe

You will only live with Isabella (29), who works at UiT Monday–Friday during regular office hours. She is friendly, easygoing, active, and great to live with. We often cook, share meals, and do activities together. It will be a spacious and comfortable aparment for you and Isabella to live.

Practical information:

* Rent: 11,000 NOK/month
* Electricity + internet: approx. 300-350 NOK/month
(around 500-550 NOK during winter months depending on usage)
* Deposit: 11,000 NOK
* No parking
* Smoking and pets are not allowed

We are looking for one tenant only, so unfortunately couples or more than one person cannot be accepted.
