We are a couple renting out our apartment short term (3–4 months) due to a stay abroad.

This is a fully furnished apartment located in the highly sought-after St. Hanshaugen area in Oslo. The apartment is bright, and thoughtfully designed, with wooden floors, large windows and a relaxed mix of scandinavian design furniture, plants and personal details. It includes a large living and dining area, a separate fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, office, walk-in wardrobe, balcony, and access to a shared outdoor terrace/courtyard.

St. Hanshaugen is a central and attractive neighbourhood with cafés, restaurants, parks, shops and public transport nearby. The city centre, Bislett, Grünerløkka and Majorstuen are all within easy reach.

The apartment is ready to move into and is particularly well suited for academics, visiting researchers or professionals in Oslo for a temporary work stay.

We are looking for tidy, responsible and non-smoking tenants who will take good care of our home.
