Spacious, modern and bright furnished apartment with private entrance – 5 min from Makrellbekken

We are renting out a very spacious and modern 46 sqm hybel/apartment with its own private entrance and access from the garden.

The apartment is fully furnished, equipped and ready to move into. It includes a dishwasher, oven, washing machine, microwave, kettle, crockery, cutlery and basic cleaning equipment.

The apartment has a bright open-plan kitchen/living area, a separate spacious bedroom, and plenty of storage. Although it is on the lower ground floor, it benefits from good natural light throughout the day, making it feel open and comfortable.

The area is calm and residential, while still very well connected. Makrellbekken metro station is about 5 minutes away on foot, and Montebello metro station is around 7 minutes away. The nearest supermarket is also approximately 5 minutes away.

We are a family of 3 with a child in kindergarden age living in the main house. We are looking for a responsible, tidy and quiet tenant. Ideally, the apartment suits a single person. Non-smoker only, and no pets.
