Room for Rent in Trondheim – Great Option for Students

I am renting out a private bedroom in a six-person shared flat in Lerkendal Studentby. The apartment has shared common areas and kitchen, and you will share a bathroom with only one other person.

The location is excellent for students, with short walking distance to NTNU and easy public transport access to the city centre and the rest of Trondheim. Grocery stores, gyms, pizza shops and other everyday amenities are all nearby.

The building was completed in 2013 and has a modern standard. A private storage unit is included in the rent.

Residents also have access to book an activity room in the student village, perfect for social gatherings, movie nights, dinners, or similar events.

This is a social student flat, so the room is best suited for someone who is considerate, tidy, and comfortable living with others.

PS: Bed and furniture can also be rented for NOK 300/month, allowing you to move in without having to buy furniture and sell it again later.
